At DeltaPix we develop advanced solutions for microscopy and quality control systems. Our customers are placed all over the world, and we enable their success by providing them with cutting edge technology at affordable prices. Until now our sales have primarily been based on an extensive network of resellers.
We are now entering a new phase. With a powerful portfolio of advanced software and hardware—and several products with significant commercial and disruptive potential in the digital microscopy market—we are ready to scale. To do that, we need to elevate our commercial strategy and build a stronger, more proactive dealer network, particularly across Europe and Asia.
We are therefore looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director with the ambition and capability to shape our global sales strategy—and, over time, grow into a CEO role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
*Develop and execute a sales strategy that fully leverages DeltaPix’s unique product portfolio
*Build the organization and provide the means to successfully implement it
*Expand, strengthen, and manage DeltaPix’s global dealer and distribution network
*Establish a more proactive market presence and commercial approach
*Help shape internal structures, processes, and resources to support scaling, and eventually, take over the top management in the long term.
*Gather market feedback and collaborate closely with product development to align offerings with customer needs

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
*Proven track record of building and scaling international distribution networks through local dealers
*Experience with, and understanding of, advanced technology, especially computer technology
*Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in a growing organization
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across cultures and levels
*Confidence in your ability to deliver results; comfortable with performance-based compensation
*Collaborative, adaptable, and execution-focused

*Based in Denmark or within reasonable proximity
