High quality scanning system for microscopic material analysis of larger objects. With the Infinity X-32 and the Integrated DeltaPix scanning system, large objects, prepared metal samples for example, can be scanned with extended focus and incredible microscopic details. The scanning table can also be combined with a real material microscope, or simply a high quality objective with coax light and a camera.
