DeltaPix measurement systems offers all necessary features for high precision measurements, image capture, documentation and traceable report generation required by industrial, scientific and biomedical applications. 

The systems and their many useful features are designed to enable the user to capture high precision images of all kind of specimen like insects, bugs, plants, stones, crystals, meteorits, minerals and much more with an astonish level of detail.

 

The image quality and precise measurements is achieved by the use of patented technology like "DeltaVu" as well as the combination of components of the highest quality at an affordable price. 

 

 

Easy to install and control.

 

Most systems can be delivered in pre-configured and calibrated versions, so capturing, measurements and documentation can be started immediately after installation of the software. 

The software and the components are connected by plug and play, and working with the software is intended to be as easy and intuitive as possible.

  • Magnification from 1 to 5000 times depending on which objective is used and the size of the monitor.
  • Resolves details down to 0,4 µm.
  • Motorized versions for automatic capture with extended depth of focus
  • High precision measurements on images captured with infinite depth of focus using a telecentric lens.
  • Automatic generating of reports in MS Excel.
  • Field of View (in mm): From 100 µm to infinity (depending on the objective).
  • Working Distance: 10 mm to 30 cm (depending on the objective).
  • Available for cameras with a resolution from 1,3 Mpixel up to 32 Mpixel and with DeltaVu colour (corresponds to a novrmal colour camera with 60 Mpixel). 
  • Available in different sizes and with different objectives and motorized board - can be custom-designed to meet individual needs 
  • Available with integrated motorized XY table to enable scanning of large objects with microscopic details and precise automatic positioning for repeated measurments and image capture.


Affordable

The cost of the motorised macro stand plus camera is extremely competitive to any other systems with similiar specifications and capabilities. 

This is achieved by the use of the high quality standard components that in combination with the Infinity X and DpxView Pro AZ software package gives an unmatched price / performance ratio.
